Eligibility for Returns
  • Return Period: We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of the Product: To qualify for a return, the product must be:
  • Original Packaging: The product should be returned in the same condition it was delivered, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Any missing or damaged packaging may result in the return being refused.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items with damaged or torn outer packaging.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Products that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories such as certain skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products, which have been opened or used.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@glamazone.lk within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return any items without receiving an RA number, as this may result in the return not being processed.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. Glamazone.lk is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) to verify that they meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund process.

 

Refund Process
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For card payments, the refunded amount will be credited back to your card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our customer service team when initiating the return process.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Orders placed through payment methods such as Koko will be refunded within 6-10 working days through the same method used during the initial payment.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges, but they must be requested before the order is dispatched. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@glamazone.lk with your order details. Once the order has been dispatched, exchanges are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our returns process instead.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@glamazone.lk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or defective item and ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, you may request a full refund for the defective or incorrect item.

 

Return of Damaged Items

If an item is damaged during the delivery process, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Final Notes
  • Return Approval: Glamazone.lk reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
